Purchase, booking and cancellation terms
1. Organiser
EVENHORSE, S.L. · Tax ID B72678121. Recreational and entertainment activities. Autovía Sevilla-Madrid, km 524, 41410 Carmona, Seville. Phone: +34 697 646 568. Email: info@evenhorse.es. Website: www.evenhorse.es.
2. Booking scope and confirmation
These terms apply to tickets and experiences booked for a specified date and time. A booking includes only the services described at purchase. Date, time, participants, category and financial terms are displayed in TuriTop before payment and included in the confirmation. Customers must check all details before completing their purchase and report any issue promptly.
3. Non-refundable tickets and withdrawal rights
Tickets are not refundable for customer cancellation, changed plans or personal inability to attend, except where legally required. For leisure activities on a specified date, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Customer cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, voucher or date change.
4. Exceptional changes for a justified reason
In the event of a serious, unforeseen or unavoidable circumstance preventing attendance, EVENHORSE may exceptionally authorise one date change, subject to availability. Email info@evenhorse.es with your booking number and sufficient justification, without unnecessary personal information. Notify us before the activity starts or, if justifiably impossible, as soon as possible. A change is valid only after written confirmation from EVENHORSE. The new date and any financial adjustment must be agreed beforehand. This commercial accommodation does not create a general right to changes or refunds.
5. No-shows and late arrivals
Failure to attend or late arrival for reasons outside EVENHORSE’s control does not entitle the customer to a refund or repeat experience. The activity starts at the advertised time. Late admission depends on safety and avoiding disruption. Missed parts of the experience cannot be guaranteed.
6. Weather and activity adjustments
An unfavourable weather forecast does not itself mean cancellation if the activity can proceed safely. The itinerary, activity order or participating horses may be adjusted for objective safety, animal welfare or technical reasons without substantially changing the advertised experience. Substantial changes are covered below.
7. Cancellation, postponement or substantial changes
If EVENHORSE cancels, postpones or substantially changes the experience, customers may voluntarily accept another date or proposed alternative, or receive the refund required by law. Refunds will not be replaced compulsorily with vouchers or reduced by internal organisation costs. This also applies to cancellations before the start due to force majeure. EVENHORSE will communicate the issue promptly and process refunds from that announcement through the purchase channel and, wherever possible, using the original payment method.
8. Admission and safety
A valid ticket must be presented and, where applicable, eligibility for the admission category established. Visitors must follow staff instructions and safety rules. Animals must not be fed, touched or approached without permission. Children must remain accompanied by a responsible adult. These rules do not exclude EVENHORSE’s statutory liability.
9. Enquiries, complaints and personal data
Enquiries and complaints may be sent to info@evenhorse.es or the address above, identifying the booking. Official complaint forms are available as required by applicable law. Personal data processing is explained in the website’s privacy policy.
10. Scope and consumer rights
These terms do not reduce mandatory rights under Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the competent bodies under consumer protection legislation. Undated vouchers, tailored services and bookings made through intermediaries may have specific terms that must be provided before purchase. More favourable terms expressly offered to the customer will be respected.
